WHO WE ARE
TaQwa Halal Foods is a meat company based in British Columbia. It is a family owned business that serves a specialty market in the province.
Our focus is to provide quality products that include organic and premium meats. We do this by maintaining strong relationships with valued partners and have a solid track record in food processing and distribution across western Canada.
Taqwa products can be found anywhere from local retail specialty stores to large chain stores.

We strive for excellence and are able to adapt to changing consumer needs while also maintaining our staple products that our customers count on. We play an active part in the community we live in by our company outreach programs. Our customers also include those in the corrections service field and the health industry.We adopt Fair Trade Practices and are active participants in the B.C. Halal Monitoring Committee (www.bcma.com) to protect the halal market so customers can be confident when they see the halal symbol. This Committee works closely with other institutions such as the Halal Monitoring Authority managed and administered by the Council of Muslim Theologians of Canada (www.jucanada.com).
